G300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents - Coahoma County

The Office of Preparedness Northern Region is pleased to announce the delivery of the G300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents course in Coahoma County for June 10-12, 2025. Seating is limited, so register early.

 

Course Description: The course will outline how the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Command and Coordination component supports the management of expanding incidents as well as describe the incident management processes as prescribed by Incident Command System (ICS).

 

Target Audience: The target audience for this course is individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents. This includes Command and General Staff positions as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions that may be activated during an expanding incident that typically extend into multiple Operational Periods.

 

Required Prerequisites:

  • IS-100, Introduction to the Incident Command System
  • IS-200, Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response
  • IS-700, An Introduction Incident Management System
  • IS-800, National Response Framework, An Introduction
